As a therapist, I have a strong passion for working with pregnancy and the postpartum parent. This includes the whole perinatal period, birth, postpartum, infertility, and loss. In addition to those populations, I have over 12 years of experience working with specializations such as major life transitions, anxiety, adult adhd, depression, PTSD and complex trauma.
Welcome. My name is Betsy, and my passion is supporting people dealing with life-changing loss. You may be grieving a death, navigating a major transition (divorce, job loss, etc.), contending with chronic illness or some other destabilizing concern. I also support people caring for ill/aging family members and those whose work involves providing professional care. If you feel heartbroken, scared, stuck, or trapped, or find the stress of your circumstances leading to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, existential/spiritual struggles, or burnout, I hope you will reach out to me. We can discover, together, a better way for you to move forward.
