Sara Kuntz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of professional experience working with clients of all ages who are struggling to manage conditions or issues related to postpartum depression, academic-related problems, low self-esteem, sexual orientation, chronic stress, and women’s issues.
I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a wealth of clinical experience in delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals navigating both acute and chronic mental health challenges, as well as supporting their families. With a strong nursing foundation that spans over a decade, I emphasize the critical link between physical and mental well-being in my approach to care. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My practice is grounded in compassionate communication, active listening, and a collaborative treatment approach, all guided by the principles of evidence-based practice. By working together with my patients, I strive to equip them with the tools and support necessary to navigate their mental health journey and achieve lasting wellness.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia.
In my practice I have addressed concerns regarding depression,
anxiety, and Life transitional issues.
My practice also includes caring for Family members diagnosed
with dementia, or Alzheimer’s, grief, and bereavement matters.
I earned my Bachelor degree in Social Work from
North Carolina Central University, and my Masters
in Social Work degree from North Carolina A & T State University,
and UNC Greensboro University.
Dr. Rivera employs an integrative style that focuses on the individual's sleep, diet, physical and mental fitness. He enjoys working in particular with weight loss, men's wellness, de-prescription from psychotropic medications, and detox from long-term substance use: tobacco, alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines. Furthermore, he specializes in the diagnosis and management of attention, mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders.
Robin is a seasoned licensed psychotherapist, certified health education specialist, and doctor of health sciences who specializes in the care of Black, Queer, and Military populations, to work through relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and life stressors. Willow is dually licensed as an LPC and LMFT. Willow has 10+ years of experience working in mental health. She attended Sewanee for her BA in Psychology & Rollins College for her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Willow earned her certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy, which reinforced her knowledge and skills base working with families/couples from a systemic perspective.
Willow is trauma certified & trained in evidenced-based therapies like CBT, meditation, & expressive arts.
