I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my degree from the University of Michigan in 2014. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, as well as those seeking greater fulfillment or a deeper sense of meaning in their lives. My approach to therapy is flexible and individualized—I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and personal style.
I began my career in community mental health, which shaped my deep and ongoing commitment to social justice, inclusivity, and compassionate care.
Olivia Sterling is an Afro-Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in providing culturally sensitive, holistic therapy across diverse populations. In her work, Olivia utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, including: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
Olivia’s background consists of providing individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents living in Residential Treatment Centers. She has also served as a Forensic Social Worker to incarcerated individuals and their families. Olivia has created and developed community-based programs to promote youth empowerment and education, in communities of color and for LGBTQ+ persons.
Olivia has a strong clinical background in assisting people living with chronic and advanced illnesses with their end-of-life care. Her expertise lies in supporting those dealing with anxiety and/or depression in their life transitions and/or grief and bereavement. While she comes to the practice with a wealth of clinical knowledge and training, she is most interested in providing an open heart and mind to those seeking transformative experiences and emotional healing.
I’m Linda Orji, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over Eleven years of experience in health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals with both medical and psychiatric conditions, which deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.
As a license marriage and family therapist, I have spent over 10 years working in with individuals, couples, and families to better understand themselves and the people around them. My clinical training in Los Angeles and New York was specialized in LGBT Affirmative Psychotherapy.
