Welcome—I'm glad you're here. I offer fully remote therapy with a focus on women’s mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions such as marriage, divorce, relocation, career changes, retirement, and starting college. I also specialize in maternal mental health, providing compassionate support during the prenatal and postpartum periods. I accept referrals for adolescents and couples on a case-by-case basis.
As someone who has undergone her own adversities, I can sincerely say that I know how elusive achieving change and growth can be, but I also know that change is possible. Navigating through the difficulties and stressors that life inevitably brings us can be challenging and difficult to do alone, which is why I am a firm believer that healing begins the moment we feel heard. I have worked in mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric settings and group practice settings, but have found that I excel in private practice where I have the ability to offer one on one, individualized psychotherapy.
Hello! I’m Jessica, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping clients navigate their mental health journey. With a comprehensive background in mental health and family practice, I specialize in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I received my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, and my practice is guided by the belief that life experience—our struggles, transitions, and personal growth—plays a vital role in helping clients navigate their own challenges. I bring both clinical expertise and grounded, real-world understanding to the therapeutic relationship.
Since graduating from the University at Albany in 2002, I’ve worked in human services and social work. Returning to graduate school, I discovered my passion for clinical social work. For me, the most fulfilling part is building meaningful connections and supporting others on their journey of healing and self-discovery.
