Hi y’all! I’m Lily, and I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Massachusetts, Colorado, and Maine. Starting therapy can be a scary endeavor. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with new clients that are either starting or continuing their therapeutic journey so that I can support them in making progress towards their goals. I have a wide range of experience, from supporting those with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety and life transitions. I like to facilitate a space that is compassionate, empowering, & also fun, so you always enjoy your time.
Life presents us with many challenges, and sometimes we may feel like we're moving backward instead of forward. It's at these moments that we define our next steps. Whether you're navigating parenting, processing trauma, or grappling with difficult questions, a holistic approach can support you internally and externally, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Remember, well-being is true wealth, and I encourage anyone seeking therapy to be motivated and ready to actively participate in their healing. "Healing is dependent upon the person who seeks it." -Kellie Vazquez
My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University.
