

I am Andrea Smalls. I have been practicing since 2005 and licensed since 2007. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance. I have worked in various settings including intensive outpatient, inpatient, private practice, and telehealth. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses to assist others in stabilizing mental health and regulating emotions.
I graduated from Antioch University in 2017 with a MA in Couple and Family Therapy and a Certificate in Play Therapy. I specialize in treating and supporting those who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I use EMDR, CBT, and person-centered counseling in my work.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington. I have 14 years of experience as a counselor and 16 experience practicing law. I also have 14 years of sobriety. I congratulate you on seeking therapy to improve your life. I enjoy working with clients from young adults navigating early adulthood to older adults coping with the changes that age brings.
