

Hi! My name is Emilia Magana; Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have been providing evidence-based therapy for over 13 years in the State of Washington. I specialize in Behavior Modification and managing Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Addiction, and Neurodivergent impact.
Jennifer Wilson completed her Master’s in Science in Counseling Psychology Degree with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #125685 as well as trained in EMDR. Jennifer uses the Humanistic and Attachment/Trauma-Informed interventions, along with the lens of Family Systems theories. Jennifer has experience working with families, couples, adolescents, LGBTQIA+ and Gender nonconformity support, individual work, focused bereavement experiencing. Jennifer believes providing safety and authenticity, along with a strengths-based approach creates a strong foundation for the therapeutic process and in achieving collaborative goals.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as with her fur legged family members. She enjoys reading, music, travel, and being in nature when possible.
I work with individuals, couples and families with teenagers who are struggling with managing stress, depression and anxiety, sexual issues (such as porn use, kink and gender issues), parenting and couples relationship conflicts, as well as helping individuals move on from past experiences of trauma or loss. I have a doctorate in Social Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I have a solid and extensive background and training in treating addictions and substance abuse.

I’m a licensed therapist with over nine years of experience working in mental health, including inpatient, crisis, and community-based settings. I have a strong background in supporting individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use challenges.
I work with individuals 16 and over who are looking for grounded support and new skills to cope with stressors. I love to help clients identify underlying causes of distressing symptoms. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, non-monogamy and polyamory, and LGBTQIA+ identity and sexuality.
