Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, calm, and collaborative.
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor ( LMHC) who provides warm, supportive space for individuals seeking growth and healing. My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and confident as they work toward meaningful change.
My training covers a broad range of areas, and I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the many challenges in life. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe sharing your experiences. Together, we partner to explore strategies and tools that are tailored to your unique needs.
Recognizing when you're overwhelmed isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. Whether you’re stuck in familiar painful patterns or navigating a new life transition, I’m here to help guide you. Since 2011, I’ve supported diverse clients across inpatient, outpatient, substance use, and crisis settings. I offer contemplative, trauma-informed care for LGBTQ+ adults, veterans, artists & creatives, and high-performing professionals, and I help people of all backgrounds deepen self-understanding and work through questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State specializing in treating mood and anxiety disorders. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seattle University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Washington. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, non-judgmental, supportive and direct. I work collaboratively with clients to create a space that is both validating and challenging—because I believe offering that balance is a deep sign of respect. Therapy is hard work, but for those who are ready to engage in the process, it can be incredibly transformative. I am here to guide, support and to be present with you through each step in the therapeutic process.
I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for treating OCD and am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute. I am fully trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD. Additionally, I have extensive experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When working with families, I integrate Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) techniques to strengthen connection and collaboration.
I work with individuals and families (ages 16+) across Washington State, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. I have experience working with clients across various levels of care—including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and Residential settings—and am particularly passionate about working with those who are motivated to actively engage in their growth and healing.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, backpacking, running, Pilates, reading, creating art, baking, going to coffee shops and spending time with loved ones (especially my adorable cat Stroodle).
