I have my Master of Social Work from New York University and have worked in Social Services and Behavioral Healthcare for more than 26 years between New York City and Philadelphia. I offer individual therapy to support my clients in their work to live their best lives, whatever that means to them. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatry and outpatient counseling.
With 20 years of experience, I am a licensed therapist here to support you through life's ups and downs. I provide individual therapy in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, using evidence-based practices attuned to your specific needs. I believe that therapy will help you navigate current challenges -- as well as provide insight and skills that will continue to benefit you in the future, long after our sessions end.

I am an experienced therapist helping individual clients cope with addictions, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples on common struggles such as conflict resolution, lack of connection, and reduced physical intimacy.
