Hi, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe in showing up as a real person in the therapy room—genuine, honest, and present.
I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron. I specialize in realationships, marriage, family, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment-related concerns.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. I am also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to past events.
Thank you for taking time to visit. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with others to heal, transition and work through challenges including times in life that bring about challenges, loss, joy, change, grief, indecision and transition
My client's should know that I have had to deal with some of the same disorders and issues that they have/had to deal with. This causes me to sometimes take a personal stake in the success of the client, because I know what failure can do to their life.
Hi, I'm Sara! I believe that connection is key to feeling less alone in this world. Getting curious about our past experiences and core values can help us to create a life that feels authentic and aligned with who we want to be. I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, specifically the perinatal and postpartum periods. Additionally, I have specialized training in substance use disorders and have a heart for working with loved ones of those impacted by addiction to help restore balance, trust, and healing to the family system.
As a native Cincinnatian, proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and an illustrious member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., I embody the values of service.
My journey in the field began with impactful experiences at St. Joseph Orphanage-Altercrest. This foundational training instilled the importance of addressing complex issues with empathy, understanding, and a holistic approach.
I'm experienced in diverse settings, and offer effective support and counseling.

Michael Bell's journey to psychiatry was a vast and aw-inspiring as the Florida skies of his youth, where he watched space shuttles carve paths to the stars. Initially set on a course toward surgey, a path forged by his experiences as a U.S. Army medic, a chance encounter with a poem by Emily Dickson - "The Brain" - is wider than the sky" - ignited a new passion, but within the intricate, infinite universe of the human mind. This became his new frontier.
