I’m Paige, an experienced licensed clinical social worker who wants to help you navigate life’s challenges and your journey to self-improvement, manage overwhelming emotions, and foster resilience and growth through evidence-based practices. I aim to support you in cultivating healthier thought patterns and behaviors through cognitive-behavioral techniques, combined with empathy and lived experience.
I have been in the health care field for over 10 years. When working with individuals, I believe it’s important to take a humanistic approach and focus on what a client’s goals. Providing a safe non-judgement space is important in order to have a successful relationship. I like to meet individuals where they are and utilize a person-centered approach when discussing coping skills or creating goals for outside of the counseling session.

Dani incorporates a variety of holistic approaches into the therapy environment. She is a Licensed Therapist (LMHC) in NY and she holds additional certifications in KAP, EMDR, Reiki, Yoga, NLP, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. Specializing in self-esteem, grief/loss, life transitions, & trauma, she supports adults from a holistic lens- helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, self-worth, confidence, & trauma related concerns.

You're self-aware enough to know something is wrong, and exhausted from trying to figure it out on your own. Maybe you've done therapy before. Maybe you've read the books, know the language, can explain your patterns — and still can't seem to change them. That gap between knowing and feeling is exactly where I work.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and the relational wounds that don't heal with insight alone. My clients are often thoughtful, capable, hard-working women who are harder on themselves than they'd ever be on anyone else — carrying old hurt in their bodies long after their minds have tried to move on.
My approach is warm and direct. I won't just nod and reflect — I'll work actively with you, using EMDR, somatic and parts-based (IFS-informed) methods, and nervous system tools drawn from yoga therapy and mindfulness. These aren't techniques I layer on top of talk therapy — they're how I understand healing: that your body has been part of the story all along, and it needs to be part of the recovery too.
I've been doing this work for over 18 years, and I bring my whole self to it — including my own experience navigating complex relationships, multiple roles, and the ongoing practice of self-compassion that I ask of my clients.

I have worked in the field of psychology for over 25 years and hold two Master’s degrees as well as a PhD in Neuropsychology. I provide psychotherapy for individuals across the lifespan and specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I also work with individuals who are navigating major life stressors such as divorce, career transitions, and other significant changes. In addition, I help clients address concerns related to anger management, chronic stress, and the psychological impact of health issues.
My goal is to support clients in developing effective coping strategies, gaining insight, and making meaningful changes that improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
