I have 25 years of experience in the mental health field, including 10 years as a Licensed Psychologist. I have treated children, adolescents, adults, and seniors for a variety of mental health symptoms (such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions) and in a full range of treatment settings (outpatient, inpatient, residential rehabilitation, forensic and court-mandated treatment and the V.A., to name a few). I have experience working for both federal and state government organizations, private practice clinics/custom treatment planning, and everything in between. I genuinely enjoy my calling as a provider and as a catalyst for clients' growth. I would be glad to assist you in navigating whatever you may be facing.

I believe in compassion focused therapy. I am a single parent and I understand that raising children comes with difficulties that might not have been anticipated. I am here to support you on your journey and navigate changes.
