I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. As the owner of Grace Counseling and Wellness LLC, I am dedicated to helping clients build healthier mindsets, stronger coping skills, and greater balance. I believe change begins with the courage to ask for help, and therapy is a collaborative process. I work with adolescents (10+) and adults (18+), offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space to feel heard, empowered, and ready for growth
As a licensed therapist in Louisiana, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex life transitions and personal challenges. My practice centers on helping clients navigate stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and emotional healing. I offer a compassionate, inclusive approach that honors diverse experiences and identities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and Louisiana with over 17 years of experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2008 and have worked across inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, university counseling, grief and bereavement care, and trauma-focused programs. I am EMDR trained (finalizing certification) and integrate CBT, DBT, IFS-informed parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based therapies.
I specialize in complex PTSD, sexual trauma, religious and spiritual trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, anxiety, and shame-based relational patterns. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel lost, fragmented, or deeply self-critical on the inside.
Clients often describe me as warm, loving, affirming, and validating. I also bring a teacher’s heart into the room. I believe understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, and even women’s biological health helps reduce shame and restore clarity. I see therapy as sacred work. You are not a diagnosis to me; you are a whole person whose nervous system learned to survive.
Do you ever feel like everything has just gotten too complex? The outside world, relationships, and even your own mind? I am passionate about helping others return to a simpler, more grounded way of interacting with relationships, the mind, and the world around them - reducing suffering and restoring a sense of peace.
I’m fascinated by how the brain works, but I also believe YOU are not your brain. It is allowed to think - sometimes loudly and persistently - but the SELF within you can learn to step back from that internal noise. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and more. My role is to help you reconnect with what matters most and find a more meaningful, peaceful way of living.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Louisiana (#7329) and New Hampshire (#3228). I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from Tulane University. My training focused on looking at the whole picture — not just your immediate symptoms, but all the moving parts of your life that affect your well-being. I often work with adults (ages 24 - 70) dealing with anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am deeply committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. My work is grounded in trauma-centered therapy, recognizing that many emotional and behavioral challenges are rooted in experiences that deserve compassion, understanding, and skilled support.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families, helping them navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma. I believe therapy should be a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
