Hi, I’m Kelly (she/her), LCSW — therapist, human, and proud fan of all things a little offbeat.
My therapy style is laid-back, collaborative, and free of clinical jargon. No stiff couches or judgment here—just real conversations, curiosity, and practical tools to help you move through the hard stuff. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. (Yes, we can cry and laugh in the same session. It happens.)
I am a therapist that welcomes all, humbly, and strives to build community with those I encounter. You are welcome here, however you may be.
Welcome! I am Jeremy Wade, a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of healthcare experience. After spending 25 years as an ER provider and clinical leader, I saw too many patients hospitalized simply because they couldn't access proactive outpatient psychiatric care. Driven by a passion to help this underserved population, I stepped away from the ER to dedicate myself fully to mental wellness. Today, I combine my deep medical background with my growing mental health expertise to treat the "whole you" in a safe, welcoming, and collaborative environment.
Hello—I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist based in Idaho and also licensed in California. I earned my master’s degree in 2022 and have since had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. I particularly enjoy working with couples, teens, and individuals navigating trauma.
I have been in recovery from trauma, alcohol and relationship addiction for 35 years. My goal is to help others find purpose and strength through trauma informed care that involves self-exploration without shaming-a path to moving from existing or surviving to actually living; making peace with the past instead of pretending we're ok or hiding how we feel.
I earned a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling from the University of Great Falls, MT in 2005 and a Master's in Human Resources with a counseling emphasis from Capella University in 2010.
I am a Licensed and Insured Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health therapy, child protection, and veteran support services. Over the years, I have worked with individuals and families navigating trauma, life transitions, and mental health challenges, offering compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I am dedicated to providing holistic, client-centered therapy that fosters resilience and personal growth. Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I am here to guide you through your healing journey.
