If you’ve found your way here, you’ve taken a brave step toward healing—and you’ve found a safe space to grow, reflect, and learn to love your life again.
My name is Charice, and I’m a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington. It brings me deep joy to work with individuals who are searching for someone to walk alongside them—to empower, validate, and amplify their voice. I believe therapy is a marathon, not a sprint. Healing isn’t instantaneous—it’s a process, a shared commitment between you and me to explore what works best for you.
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!) and have had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, including college counseling centers and community mental health organizations. These experiences have given me a wide lens on the many ways people experience pain—and more importantly, the incredible capacity we each have to heal.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and supported.
My experience is centered on collaborating with youth, adults, and families. During these developing years and shifting dynamics, additional care for our health is needed. I work with emotional regulation, relational rifts, enhancing communication, and acceptance of self.
With attachment focused therapy as my base, I utilize mindfulness and experiential approaches in our work together. Our conversations and therapeutic activities are guided by your experience and goals.

I firmly believe that counseling is a journey that we travel together. The first step is to define where you want to go- discover the reasons why you want to meet for counseling, identifying your strengths, and looking at what's working well in your life. My goal is to work myself out of a job as you gain the skills and tools that you can use in the present and future to have the life that you desire.
