I’m Brittany, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, individualized care for both adults and children—because mental health support should meet you where you are, at every stage of life.
I believe psychiatric care should never feel rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all. My approach centers on listening first, understanding the whole person, and creating a plan that actually works for you.
Through secure telehealth, I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions.
This space is for real conversations, clarity, and care without judgment.
✨ Mental health care — done differently.
✨ Support that adapts to you, not the other way around.
✨ You don’t have to do this alone.

I look forward to meeting you! While working on my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I worked with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and then with individuals under psychiatric care. I specialize in working with individuals living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, LGBTQIA+, and women’s mental health.
