I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative, whole-person care. By blending the principles of integrative psychiatry with a deep understanding of adult medicine, I am committed to treating the mind and body as a unified system. I believe that true wellness requires dedicated attention to both.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have clinical experience across hospital, substance use treatment, and community-based settings.
My background includes supporting individuals impacted by trauma, experiences of violence, substance use, housing instability, chronic medical conditions, and relational stressors. Much of my work has taken place in high-stress and crisis-oriented environments, where people are navigating overwhelming circumstances and major disruptions in their lives.
In my work, I support individuals in managing stress and making sense of intense experiences, while also helping them find steadiness during difficult periods. This includes creating space to process what’s happening and offering structure and perspective when things feel overwhelming.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Showing up as you are is enough. We’ll take the next steps together, at a pace that feels realistic and supportive.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist, EMDR-certified, and currently deepening my work as a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) candidate. I specialize in helping people navigate the impact of trauma — especially relational trauma — and the ways it can echo through our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self.
I hold a Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have a professional background in addiction recovery and community mental health. Whether it’s longstanding attachment wounds, toxic relationship cycles, or the weight of developmental or systemic trauma, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to do the deep work. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ allied values — because healing requires safety, dignity, and belonging.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves — to understand how past pain has shaped them, and to build a more present, joyful, and authentic life from that understanding. If that sounds like something you're ready for, I’d be honored to support you on the path.
