I believe therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. My role is to offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can show up just as you are—on the messy days, with big feelings, and everything in between. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, gently exploring what’s been weighing on your heart and discovering new ways forward together.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach draws from CBT, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness, but above all, I believe therapy should feel personal and grounded. Our work together focuses on understanding patterns, reconnecting with your strengths, and building resilience so you can feel more steady, empowered, and at ease in your everyday life.
I’ve completed all required supervision and clinical hours and this allows me to bring solid clinical experience to our work while remaining deeply committed to ongoing learning and growth as a therapist.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in life’s small moments—spending time with my family, spoiling my dogs, or wandering Disneyland with a smile as big as the kids’. These moments remind me how healing and growth are often balanced best with lightness, laughter, and genuine connection—qualities I strive to bring into every session.
