Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a magazine editor, an English and writing teacher, and an assistant adjunct professor of American literature. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Mills College, a Master of Arts in English from Portland State University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I have an eclectic style that integrates SE, IPNB, narrative therapy and parts work.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, called to accompany others in the healing of the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Inspired by the truth that each human life is a gift, unrepeatable and unique, I offer a space where wounds are approached with reverence and hope. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, trauma, and relational wounds, using EMDR, TF-CBT, and Internal Family Systems.
With over 10 years of experience as a School Psychologist, I support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I also specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns.
Hi, I’m Tristan, and I help couples who feel stuck in the same arguments or disconnected from each other. My approach is about helping you to create new cycles of interaction from a place of safety.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I graduated with my master's in social work and worked in community mental health both in an inpatient and outpatient setting, supporting clients with a wide range of diagnoses and complex trauma. I have had the opportunity to facilitate group therapy and individual therapy. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This allows me to offer practical, evidence-based tools that are tailored to your unique therapy experience and goals.

Hi, I'm Hailey! I started my private practice about 5 years ago with the mission to create a safe, low-pressure therapeutic space that still offers challenge and self-reflection. I am particularly passionate about exploring the connection between trauma work and body awareness: because as we build body awareness, you may also become aware of events and emotions that have been buried for a long time. I can help you navigate these complicated feelings as they arise in a gentle way that prioritizes safety and autonomy. I love nurturing the connection between body, mind and soul. I've seen how strengthening this connection can transform the way you show up in relationships and the way you view the world. Building this connection has been a deeply personal journey for myself as well, and I'm honored to be a part of this process for my clients. The most gratifying part of my job is seeing how long-held patterns and beliefs can shift for my clients and allow them more space to breathe and honor themselves.
I help high functioning individuals who usually feel like they have it all together, but are dealing with a life transition manage anxiety, build self-esteem, practice self-compassion, and take excellent care of themselves. For over 15 years I've helped people manage transitions and changes in their lives.
I am a licensed professional counselor, perinatal health specialist, and registered play therapist. I support parents, creatives, teachers, therapists, helpers, and caregivers in creating healthy emotional boundaries, improving their self-esteem, self-care routines and reducing day-to-day anxiety and stress.
With decades of experience, I am well-versed in many different modalities. No one approach works for everyone, so I built a large tool kit to have a broad range of tools available. Areas of expertise include individual, couples and family counseling, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, special needs of gifted and talented, medical social work, impact of illness, traumatic brain injury, grief and bereavement, positive aging, geriatrics and end of life issues. Having been raised in a military family I enjoy working with our veterans, active duty personnel and their families.
