With a compassionate approach rooted in my training from Sam Houston State University, I specialize in supporting individuals, teens, children, and couples through life's challenges. Together, we'll navigate the depths of trauma, anxiety, and depression, using gentle techniques like play therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Method Level 1.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, called to accompany others in the healing of the whole person: body, mind, and soul. Inspired by the truth that each human life is a gift, unrepeatable and unique, I offer a space where wounds are approached with reverence and hope. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, trauma, and relational wounds, using EMDR, TF-CBT, and Internal Family Systems.
