I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to give you practical tools that you can apply in your daily life. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll navigate things at your pace, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.

I graduated in 2019, got fully licensed in 2022 and have been working in private practice since. I thrive when working with people who feel stuck, uncertain, and frozen in life. I am a person-center therapist who will tailor your treatment according to your needs.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate a range of challenges. My expertise includes supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, or emotional burnout. I also specialize in helping individuals improve their self-esteem, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, practice self-care and mindfulness.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Brownsville, followed by a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to begin your journey toward healing.
