Hi! I’m a trauma informed therapist with 8 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and past experiences that still feel heavy today. I specialize in EMDR therapy and support clients in processing what they’ve been through so they can feel more present, calm, and in control of their lives. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can truly exhale. If you’ve been thinking about starting, I would love to connect and see if we are a good fit.
I was born and raised in Montana and have a genuine passion for nature and the outdoors. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Montana State University in 2001. This graduate program had a focus on providing a social justice and integrated practitioner perspective. I have an eclectic style that can be tailored to each unique individual. My primary therapeutic methods include Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Exposure, Narrative, Cognitive and Behavioral, Strengths Based & Solution Focused Therapies.
