Hi, I’m Sedina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
With over 12 years of experience in the field, I’m passionate about exploring the complexities of the human mind and helping individuals navigate their personal challenges.
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and have worked to support clients in various levels of care. I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and compassion.
I am certified and provide both Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (California & Oregon) and Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy (Oregon only).
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience. I work primarily with adults, supporting individuals navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, and I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their goals and heal at their own pace.
I'm so glad you're here.
Women wear many hats: we are partners, mothers, daughters, friends, confidantes, professionals, and more. The expectations we place on ourselves while navigating these unique roles can lead to overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and a loss of sense of self. I help clients find balance among their different parts while discovering new ways of advocating for themselves and creating a life in which they are no longer just surviving, but thriving.
LCSW with 15 years experience working with various populations to include: transgender and queer populations, gender affirming care, crisis stabilization, and severe and persistent mental illness, meaning; Bipolar I disorder, Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder. I work with intensive outpatient clients (a community and team based approach for clients presenting with a higher risk) and general outpatient therapy (psychotherapy in clinic or virtual). I am certified in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) treatment and diagnoses and treatment as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I treat Major Depressive Disorders, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, OCD, ADHD, Gender Dysphoria, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Adjustment Disorders.
I strive to provide a place of safety and security for those seeking emotional and mental wellness by building meaningful relationships with my clients. I enjoy working with trauma survivors while they find a new way of living with their past. I like to look at a person from a system perspective. What system (family or otherwise) did you grow up with? What does that look like now? What changes can you make in your system to create healthier boundaries and more meaningful relationships?
I grew up in rural PA working on my grandfather's potato farm, learning equine therapy benefits starting at age eight. I joined the food industry as a waitress and worked throughout my RN undergrad.
I began my nursing career after earning my BSN from IUP in 2015, stepping directly into the fast‐paced world of behavioral health care within emergency room settings. Those early years shaped my clinical foundation and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I continued to grow, learning medicine, therapeutic communications skills, de-escalation techniques while working inpatient contracts at various facilities across PA, including child and adolescent units, adult and geriatric units, and correctional facility contracts.
Driven to expand efficient care through impact, I completed my MSN as a Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in November 2024. I initially provided inpatient hospital care, gaining valuable experiences in a new psychiatric treatment facility. As my career and family needs evolved, I discovered that remote psychiatric care offered the balance and flexibility that best supported both my professional goals and home life balance. My passion for farms, animals, and my large blended and busy family will help my clients see why I enjoy offering them a decade of behavioral health experience. With my advanced PMHNP training, I will deliver compassionate, accessible mental health support in a comfortable virtual setting.
