I provide a space rooted in safety, deep listening, and compassion. Healing is a sacred journey—a process of growing insight, clarity, and wisdom while reclaiming wholeness and transforming pain into purpose. Together, we can explore the paths that lead to a satisfying life filled with peace, joy, and mastery.

Since then I have expanded my client population to include mental health counseling along with my SUD clients. I also work with domestic violence victims and perpetrators. I completed EMDR training May of 2022 and can now offer this specified trauma counseling. I am a mother of three kids.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in applied psychological sciences from Pacific University. I invest my time in developing a relationship with my clients that is built on trust and creating a safe environment that is free of judgment. I implement mindfulness skills, healthy relationships, and self-acceptance depending on what my client is comfortable with. In addition, I consider my client’s cultural background and integrate important aspects into therapy as needed.
