I believe therapy allows you to choose your path and heal from the past. I believe there are four things that play a part in life: your environment, emotions, thoughts, and actions. You will build skills to recognize and employ strategies to support yourself as you experience distressing thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns. Your therapy will be tailored to you, and my goal is to help you change the way you want to change. All people are welcome in my space.
Hi, I’m Charity, and I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use a solution-focused therapy approach that emphasizes your strengths and the progress you’re already making, even when it may feel hard to see. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based practices to help you stay grounded, build self-awareness, and manage stress in healthier, more intentional ways.
I believe that therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just unsure of where to go next, we’ll work together to identify clear, achievable goals and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud parent of four amazing kids, ages 17, 10, 10, and 2. My youngest is on the autism spectrum, which has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, parenting stress, and the importance of flexibility and compassion. When I’m not working or parenting, I love attending comic cons and trying new foods, whether that’s a new local spot or a dish I’ve never made before.
If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth therapist who will help you focus on what’s possible (not just what’s painful), I’d be honored to work with you. At this time I do not provide couples counseling.
My background, before becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, was in photography and performing arts. I have always been interested in healing, self-expression, and creativity, and this informs my work as a therapist. I am passionate about using curiosity, humor, and the spontaneity of the moment to explore issues of the past, present and future.
Therapy is a big step, and I'm here to make that navigation painless and rewarding. I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. I create awareness for you of what might be going on in your life. I am empathetic, understanding, and sometimes confrontational in a caring way.
My name is Jesse Pacheco and I am a licensed professional counselor.
I specialize in working with Christians and their families who
struggle with their mental health because of grief, marriage issues, family, depression, and anxiety,.
I help by actively listening to those what brings them in to see me. My approach is Christ - centered, faith in Jesus. I use the Bible and scripture and prayer if requested.
In our first few sessions, you can expect to complete the intake and assessment, identify the presenting problem, prowess alternative solutions, establish or goals and objectives and begin building a rapport.
My practice is unique because I believe that people should get better from counseling and no longer need counseling. So we begin by scheduling 4 weekly sessions and if progress is being achieved we move our sessions to 2 biweekly sessions and if progress is continuing then we move 2 monthly sessions. After our second monthly session if the individual or client is still making progress and feels ready the individual or client is discharged.
I am passionate about this work because before I was counselor I too needed counseling and sought the “wonderful counselor “
Change is hard — especially when you’re carrying trauma, family stress, or just the weight of everything life throws at you. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way.
With over 15 years of experience across private practice and intensive settings, I’ve spent much of my career helping people through some of their toughest moments.
