I am a Latinx psychologist who trained at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in the Bronx, NY. My training includes working with people throughout the lifespan with a variety of psychological presentations. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, treating healthcare professionals, and managing diagnoses such as depression, anxiety and adjustment disorder.
Ever since I was a teenager I knew that one of my purpose in life was to help others. Also, I knew that one of my strengths is the capacity to connect with others.
Understanding the nature of our behaviors and the way we interpret life became a great challenge. I enrolled in Psychology School with a clear understanding of what I wanted professionally, but never imagined the profound and deep journey that I was about to begin.
I’m a therapist who gradated with my Masters degree from Fordham University, who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. I provide a calm, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I specialize in supporting adults and couples managing medical conditions, health-related stress, or major life adjustments. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
