I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults who live with trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I draw from ACT, EMDR, embodiment practices, and parts work, and I am neurodivergent‐friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have experience supporting clients through psychosis, grief, chronic health issues, spiritual trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
At the core of my work is a belief that every person has the capacity to choose who they become. As Jean‐Paul Sartre wrote, “We are constantly creating ourselves through action.” I see therapy as a space where you can explore that creation with support, clarity, and intention.
I work with Clients who may be struggling with anxiety, OCD and issues related to school, relationships or family. I am trained in SPACE therapy which teaches parents how to provide support to their children so that they can be successful in controlling their own emotions.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can process emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in finding clarity and confidence as you move forward.
I have been in practice for years and have a wealth of experience. I began working in telehealth about 6 years ago when I moved from Mo. to Ca. to be close to my son.
I specialize in supporting women navigating complex experiences that often go misunderstood. This includes women who have experienced harm within spiritual or religious communities—whether that's spiritual abuse, religious trauma, or the complicated grief of leaving a faith tradition. I also work with women managing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal trauma.
If you've felt silenced, questioned your own reality, or struggled to trust yourself after difficult experiences, you're not alone. My practice is a place where your story matters, your feelings are valid, and healing is possible.
I have 26 years of experience dealing with individuals, couples, families in therapy. We will work together to develop plans that are unique and right for you.
