My name is Amanda Hamilton. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor, and I am the owner of Clarity Connection LLC. I hold a Master of Education Degree in Human Growth and Development, specializing in Mental Health Counseling. I'm from Eastern Kentucky and proud of my Kentucky accent! I spent many years working in the rural area of Appalachia and quickly realized there are many barriers to access to treatment. I am bringing forth virtual telehealth mental health services to serve better the place I call home. Through years of listening and learning, I’ve witnessed firsthand how distance, stigma, and limited resources can prevent individuals from seeking the support they deserve. My commitment is to bridge these gaps by providing accessible, compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of our communities. By leveraging technology, we can foster hope, resilience, and healing—no matter where someone may be in the mountains or valleys of our region. I’m here to help you reconnect with your authentic self. As your counselor, my goal is to guide you on your personal journey, fostering emotional growth and helping you embrace your true identity with confidence. Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult has given me insight into my past experiences. As a special needs mom, I’m passionate about advocating for inclusion, acceptance, and equality for everyone. My son, with his ADHD 'superpowers', and my daughter, a CP warrior, inspire me every single day! I’m excited to learn more about you and discover your unique journey!

I’m Amber Slone, LPCC, a licensed professional clinical counselor based in Kentucky and the founder of my private practice. I earned my Master’s in Education from Lindsey Wilson College’s School of Professional Counseling and bring over 15 years of experience in the human services field, including 7 years as a practicing therapist.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse settings in mental health, child and adolescent services, and addiction treatment. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma recovery. I often work with adolescents and adults, supporting them through life transitions and emotional challenges.
My approach is person-centered, with a blend of CBT and solution-focused strategies to help clients recognize their strengths and move toward lasting change. Above all, I strive to create a space where my clients feel accepted, empowered, and safe to be themselves.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since earning my Masters of Science in Social Work degree with a specialization in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from the University of Louisville in 2011. Over the years, I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults through challenges with mental health and substance use. Those experiences have given me the privilege of walking alongside people in some of the hardest and most transformative moments of their lives.
Hi there! I’m Jared, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the intersection of high-performance or achievement and authentic identity. To the outside world, you may appear to "have it all together," yet internally, you may be battling the exhaustion of burnout or the weight of expectations that have stripped the joy from your relationships. I provide a supportive, objective space to help you navigate these pressures. You are the expert on your life; my role is to provide the clinical strategy and partnership to help you reclaim your peace and thrive—both personally and professionally. I believe fundamentally that you already have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you - and they may not be limited to the first ones that come to mind.
I am a License Clinical Social Worker. I reviewed my bachelor and masters degrees from the University of Kentucky in clinical social work. I have worked with a variety of populations to include children to adults later in life. I have experience working with families, individuals, and couples.
Hi! I’m Jackie. I want to start by saying thanks for being here. I feel deeply honored to have the privilege to serve others as a clinical social worker. Being with people as they share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings is a role I cherish immensely.
I started my career in the mental health field in 2019. I served my community in Southern Indiana as clinical therapist at a community mental health center working with adults, adolescents, and children as they navigated relationships, stress, life changes, difficult and traumatic experiences, feelings of depression and anxiety, along with other presenting problems. I also held roles in non-profit work as a clinical supervisor and treatment director, supervising other therapists as they served clients in the community.
I am trained in and draw from evidence-based interventions including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. I also pull from training in Nurturing Parenting, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Risking Connection, and Celebrating Families.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky with over 7 years of experience helping people navigate life when it feels messy, overwhelming, or just plain stuck. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have spent my career walking alongside individuals as they find hope, healing, and a way forward through some of life’s toughest seasons.
I work with adults facing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, sleep struggles, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have a strong background in supporting people in early recovery from substance use helping them build coping skills, stay grounded, and create real, sustainable change (not just quick fixes).
Outside of session, I practice what I preach: I focus on my own growth, stay active, and try to keep life in perspective which means I get the ups and downs that come with being human. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I genuinely respect the courage it takes to show up. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you, challenge you when needed, and cheer you on as you build the life you deserve.

Like many, my journey started with a different story than where I landed. I started with a focus on veterinary medicine in undergraduate college, that grew into a focus on therapeutic techniques and support at the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky. I've grown to focus into trauma treatments for various ages, and continue to gain knowledge for personality disorders, behavioral concerns, and much more. I love working with all ages, from children to adults, and finding new ways to create a safe and supportive space for each that feels just right.
I am a retired Air Force Master Sgt. and an LCSW who specializes in addiction and mental health. I understand these issues because I have lived through both of them. I have two masters degrees, one in military social work, and one in addiction social work. I graduated from the University of Louisville, and am excited to get to meet new people and help them get their lives back.
