I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience providing outpatient therapy, telehealth services, and overseeing psychiatric residential treatment programs. In addition to working directly with clients, I’ve supervised multidisciplinary clinical teams and coordinated care across the mental health continuum.
What that means for you: I understand mental health from both the personal and systemic level.
I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are balancing a lot — career demands, parenting, relationship stress, or unresolved trauma — and they’re tired of holding it together alone.
I believe in a systemic, trauma-informed approach. We don’t just treat symptoms. We look at patterns, environments, history, and how systems have shaped your experiences — especially for those who have had to navigate inequities in healthcare, education, or justice systems.
Therapy with me is about clarity, empowerment, and sustainable change.
