Hey! My name is Brittany Wallace. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma in adults. I have over 8 years of experience providing therapeutic care in various settings such as outpatient treatment facilities, collegiate programs, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and the K-12 school system.
Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and choosing the right therapist is an important step. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported — without judgment. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience in private practice and community mental health has allowed me to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to identity and self-worth.
My therapeutic style is empowering, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor treatment to each person because no two stories are the same. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and deepen self-awareness, while also exploring underlying emotions and past experiences that shape your present challenges.
I work with adults, couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety and chronic stress, depression and mood concerns, trauma and PTSD, relationship and attachment issues, life transitions, self-esteem, identity development, burnout, and compassion fatigue. I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds and lived experiences.
Clients often describe me as approachable, thoughtful, and grounded.
Outside of work, I value time with family, traveling, fitness, creativity, and continued personal growth. I believe in practicing the same self-awareness and balance that I encourage in my clients.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with young adults feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and constant pressure to keep it together. Many of my clients look fine on the outside but feel stretched thin on the inside and are unsure how to slow down without falling behind. I also have a strong focus on supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, especially during seasons of emotional overload and identity change. My work is grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more steady in real life.
I’m an advocate for mental health issues willing to aid you in your needs to help you achieve your mental health wellness goals one day at a time.
Are repetitive and negative thoughts causing you to feel overwhelmed and exhausted? Are broken relationships, betrayals, and past traumas shadowing your days, leading you to question your self-worth, finding it hard to enjoy life? Do you feel stuck in a situation that is no longer serving you? Don’t let it steal your peace and joy another day. I am very competent in my treatment approach(es) and treat my clients like family. I consider it honor to help you heal and grow and find peace once more,
I am passionate about being able to help clients learn to help themselves. Often times, we aren't equipped with the tools and knowledge to move through life's challenges. I specialize in helping my clients heal from underlying traumas that continue to cause distress, while also treating current symptoms of anxiety and depression. I hope that each of my clients feel validated, supported, and valued. I am inspired by seeing my clients begin making necessary changes in their own lives to improve their overall wellbeing.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology as well as a Master's Degree of Social Work. I began to work in this field as a foster care case manager. I have since gained 15 years of clinical experience among various outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. I specialize in treating PTSD, Anxiety, and Depressive Disorders.
My name is Dr. Naomi Hemphill, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Georgia with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clayton State University, my Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, and my Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University. My professional training and lived experiences have shaped my passion for helping individuals navigate healing, growth, and personal transformation.
I am trained in Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, and I work with individuals who are navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal identity development. My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. After overcoming traumatic experiences in my own life, I came to understand how unresolved trauma can shape our thoughts, behaviors, and decision-making. Through my own journey of healing, I learned the importance of living authentically and embracing one’s truth.
In our work together, my goal is to help you become more intentional in how you process trauma and life challenges. While trauma may be part of your story, it does not have to define your future. Healing can be difficult, but you do not have to walk the journey alone.
I am passionate about helping individuals gain clarity, discover their purpose, and live more authentic and fulfilling lives.
Prioritizing your mental health is the foundation for a stable, fulfilling life. I know that the first step—reaching out for help—is often the hardest, so I want to acknowledge your courage in being here. I bring 30 years of experience as a board-certified psychiatrist to our work together.
