Christopher Landry is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working in high-acuity clinical environments, including correctional settings, substance use treatment, and community mental health.
He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focussed CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create real, lasting change.
Christopher has extensive experience working with individuals facing complex and high-risk situations, including crisis intervention and severe mental health challenges. His calm, grounded presence helps clients feel safe even in the most difficult moments.
As a veteran, Christopher is especially passionate about working with fellow veterans and understands the unique challenges that can come with military service, transition to civilian life, and reintegration. He is dedicated to providing supportive, culturally competent care to the veteran community and welcomes those seeking a provider who truly understands their experience.
His approach is direct, supportive, and results-oriented—focused on helping clients regain control, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
