I have dedicated most of my career to working in the healthcare and mental health industry, helping clients overcome life's many struggles.
I am trained to employ a variety of techniques, which include cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. I also have special interests in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and coaching. All of my techniques are compassion-focused, person-centered, solution-oriented, and strength-based therapies
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, not just a session on a schedule. I bring years of professional experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, lingering trauma, family conflict, and identity development.
My approach is warm, strengths‐based, and down-to-earth. I work with you to overcome barriers and develop tools that help you move toward the life you want. I value empathy, respect, honesty, and real progress, and I’m committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
You can expect honest conversation with an individualized plan towards growth. Together, we’ll work to help you build a life that reflects your true values and purpose.
I am a licensed APRN ,PMHNP with training in both general medicine and psychiatry, offering a comprehensive and integrative approach to patient care. My background allows me to understand the close connection between physical health and mental well-being, and I strive to treat each patient as a whole person rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.
I completed my medical training in general medicine and later specialized in psychiatry, gaining experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical and mental health conditions. My clinical approach combines evidence-based treatments with a compassionate, patient-centered perspective.
I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, coping skills, and confidence at your own pace.

Welcome and Blessings to you!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I know how important it can be to have someone who can really listen to you and offer practical support when it is needed. I have worked with many different cultures of people with a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, and grief to behavioral addictions, to relationships issues and more. Still, I believe that you are best served when I try to meet you wherever you are. I strive to be a friendly source of support and wisdom for those who are ready to grow.
I started my career in New York City then moved my practice to the sunny state of Florida. My experience over the past 15 years is working with adults navigating everything from everyday stress to deeper emotional wounds. Life gets complicated sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone! Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through their most vulnerable moments—and watching them rediscover their strength, gain clarity and build confidence.
My work in mental health is shaped by both professional training and a life lived across cultures. I am an internationally graduated Medical Doctor (IG-MD), born in Venezuela with strong Greek roots, and I have lived in the United States for over 30 years. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and help me connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life.
I currently practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in psychiatry. In addition to my psychiatric training, my background in hospital medicine has strengthened my ability to understand individuals as a whole—recognizing how mental health, physical health, and daily life continuously influence one another. This allows me to provide care that is thoughtful, balanced, and highly individualized.
Much of my clinical work has been in telehealth, where I offer accessible and attentive care to patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents (ages 6–18) as well as older adults. I commonly work with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD, and I incorporate holistic strategies to support long-term mental wellness.
Hello and welcome! I want to commend you on taking this step toward self-care. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health yet sometimes it takes a back seat. As a clinician for almost 20 years, I have spent my career helping clients achieve their mental health goals. I have had the privilege of working with all different walks of life from young children to adults helping them to uncover their strength through difficult moments of their lives.
I received my first counseling license in 2015 in Indiana and my License as a Professional Counselor in Texas in 2017. I am EMDR trained. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autsim.
