I’m a trauma-informed therapist, EMDR-certified, and currently deepening my work as a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) candidate. I specialize in helping people navigate the impact of trauma — especially relational trauma — and the ways it can echo through our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self.
I hold a Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have a professional background in addiction recovery and community mental health. Whether it’s longstanding attachment wounds, toxic relationship cycles, or the weight of developmental or systemic trauma, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to do the deep work. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ allied values — because healing requires safety, dignity, and belonging.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves — to understand how past pain has shaped them, and to build a more present, joyful, and authentic life from that understanding. If that sounds like something you're ready for, I’d be honored to support you on the path.
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, attachment challenges, and relational dynamics. I take a practical, empathetic approach, integrating evidence-based strategies to help clients understand their patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier coping skills. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I am a solution-focused counselor who is passionate about supporting college-aged adults as they navigate family dynamics, academic stress, sports performance pressure, and the process of understanding their own worldview. My goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported as you explore the challenges and transitions of this stage of life.

My philosophy is very Jungian-based. I offer a masculine perspective to help those in learning about how to help relate to themselves better and then offer better relationships with others. My work is centered on the truth that when we see reality we are set free. The matrix keeps you stuck and enslaved. My mission is to help people free themselves so they can connect to their true nature and feel more fulfilled. I use health, nature, sexuality, and spirit to help others.
My approach when it comes to therapy is typically hands-on through exploration of thoughts, as well as creating mindfulness and using tools like journaling and reflections to provide more insight That may create stressful circumstances
