I'm a psychologist helping clients to navigate transition and overcome destructive patterns. I have expertise in treating anxiety, ocd, adhd, trauma, depression, addiction, recovery, and relationship challenges. I've had a private practice for over 10 years and work with adult clients at all stages of life. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, with intensive training at the Portia Bell Hume Center, Kaiser, UCSF, VA and the Jung Institute.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. With over a decade of diverse clinical experience in psychiatry, substance use treatment, oncology, and medical-surgical nursing, I bring a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to mental health care.
I am known for delivering patient-centered, trauma-informed care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong emphasis on safety, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. I specialize in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management, while also incorporating a holistic, healing-centered approach that considers the whole person—not just symptoms.
My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. By integrating evidence-based treatment with complementary strategies, I work to help you achieve meaningful, long-term wellness and an improved quality of life.
