Hi there, I'm Molly. It takes courage to make changes in your life, and I'm here to support you on this journey. You are at a turning point, taking a step in a positive direction, and that’s something to be proud of. Often, when we find ourselves at the doorstep of a therapist, we know things need to change, but we might not know how to change them or where to start. My approach to therapy is a bit different. I like to focus on the totality of why you have come to therapy. We tend to seek out a therapist when something or someone has triggered us and shaken our foundation. The question is, what's the trigger? What's happening?
Hello! I am a licensed mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and confidence. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with the goal of creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, seen, respected, and empowered.
I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, in Colorado Springs and have 7 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have worked in non profits, community clinics and private practices supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, grief, self-esteem, women and survivors of Domestic Violence
My therapeutic style integrates CBT, TF-CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood and supported. Whether you are seeking help for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you on your path toward growth and healing.
Many of us feel overwhelmed by the world that we live in. It helps to have someone to listen about the concerns we have or the things that make us feel despair. Therapy can be a great way to get some of these feelings out of our heads and into the world where they often appear more manageable and less overwhelming. I believe therapy should be collaborative and that I, as the therapist, should sit with you in whatever state you are in and that we should both work together to address your needs.
It is an honor for me to work with people who have courage to reach out for support. My service is really unique because we offer, besides in person and virtual counseling, my herd of 6 equines to support you in finding peace of mind and quality of life . I specialize in a number of evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques .
I have been supporting the emotional and mental health of adolescents and young adults for a decade as a social worker. I specialize in family intervention and working with separated and divorced parents. I love working with parents who want to improve their relationships with their children and also work well with teens and young adults on enhancing self-esteem and finding balance in life.
My introduction to helping people and psychology both came about, as a result of following my mom’s example and the Bob Newhart Show. My mother was a natural people person with a keen interest and background in psychology. My take-away from the Bob Newhart Show drove home the needs for humor and light-heartedness as well as a genuine love for what you do. I believe that those qualities: love for people and my passion and seeing the humor in things truly define me, both as a therapist and a person. My academic journey led me to both bachelors and masters degrees from The University of Northern Colorado and included intensive training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy during my sabbatical in between my degrees. With a strong theoretical base supporting me, I moved forward and was able to blend my education with twenty years of real-world experience. I went on and diversified my experience as I worked in community counseling, community corrections, Inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and private practice. Although our learning never ceases, I feel very comfortable and sincere in offering clients my wealth of experience, knowledge of human behavior, and most of all, a kind ear.

There comes a time in everyone's life when we need support.
Are you sick and tired of trying to manage this alone? You wake up to another difficult day and wonder how you will cope. Anxiety and dread are becoming your best friends. But they don't have to be. You are here because you are ready for change and I am here because I can help you feel better.
As a licensed counselor, I believe that prioritizing mental health is foundational to each of our wellbeing. I appreciate you taking the first step in improving your relationship with yourself and others. The focus of my practice is helping those that feel anxious, disconnected or negatively effected by the experiences they have had in life.
I’m a therapist who works primarily with young adults navigating transitions, relationships, anxiety, and questions about direction in life. Much of my background has been in programs supporting people through life shifts, where I’ve helped clients build stability, confidence, and a clearer sense of who they want to be. I enjoy working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be honest about what’s going on, and start making meaningful changes.
