The world of therapy is truly so special and important. I am honored to hold each one of your stories and become a small part of your healing journey. My journey of healing started maybe similar to some of you. The more I healed the more I realized how vital a safe, warm, and caring approach made all the difference. I aim to create a space with you that will lead to new growth and perspectives.
I have 6 years of experience treating at risk kids, teens, families, and adults in other therapeutic capacities. I'm trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR Therapy. I utilize an attachment & trauma lens to help kiddos and families. I also use those modalities as well as to help you uncover and resolve those deeper wounds that are connected to how we live life in the present. I also engage in using other evidenced-based practices to help reduce the symptoms that are keeping you from who you want to be.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. My goal is to help you find relief and build the skills you need to thrive. I believe therapy should feel supportive and tailored to your unique needs.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) beginning my career as an ER nurse in 2007. Many of my clients are busy professionals, parents, and students who struggle with inattention, restlessness, or feeling “stuck.” My goal is to help you develop clarity, structure, and balance so you can feel more in control of your life. I also treat anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, which often overlap with ADHD, using an integrated and evidence-based approach.
