Hello everyone! My name is Pablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I am an Army veteran and after my time in service, I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing therapy for about 3 years. I have about eight years overall experience in mental health working with a variety of clients from Serious Mental Illness (SMI) population to providing support to community members within Pima and Pinal County as a Co-Responder, working alongside Pinal County Sheriff and Tucson Police Department. Beyond therapy, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in hiking and weight lifting. My passion for Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded, and I nurture my spirit through my faith. Though my social circle is small, I intentionally invest my time in cultivating healthy relationships with family and loved ones, cherishing these connections deeply.
At our practice, we embrace a holistic approach to patient care, combining medication management with integrative therapies such as ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, psychotherapy, somatic therapy, peptide therapy, and food/supplement recommendations. We incorporate mindfulness-based meditation and therapeutic techniques focused on nervous system regulation. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, and we collaborate closely with and refer to other specialty providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that supports emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.
I've been working with clients in counseling for over a decade I provide individuals a non-judgmental and positive environment through telehealth therapy. Together we will work on resolving internal and external conflict related to trauma, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and other difficulties. I focus on each client individually because each person is unique in the challenges they face.
Hello, My name is Jasmine. Thank you for being here. I have a clinical mental health background. Focusing on numerous areas of clinically proven therapies. Choosing a therapist can be hard. Let me help make it easy
I have been in recovery from trauma, alcohol and relationship addiction for 35 years. My goal is to help others find purpose and strength through trauma informed care that involves self-exploration without shaming-a path to moving from existing or surviving to actually living; making peace with the past instead of pretending we're ok or hiding how we feel.
I earned a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling from the University of Great Falls, MT in 2005 and a Master's in Human Resources with a counseling emphasis from Capella University in 2010.
