Do you constantly feel overwhelmed, anxious, or irritable? Maybe your mind races with “what-ifs” or worst-case scenarios. You struggle with quieting the inner critic and negative thoughts and at times feel like you’re not good enough. Do you have difficulty managing your emotions and maybe even feel emotionally numb? Maybe you find yourself feeling stuck in the past. You may be searching for a way to handle life stressors with more mastery, heal from past wounds, create stronger and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, or for help dealing with difficult life changes.
Hi, I’m Erin Roepcke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and adolescents find calm, confidence, and connection. I know life can feel heavy sometimes—especially when stress, loss, or change pile up. I’m also a mom, stepmom, and grandma, so I understand how messy and meaningful life can be. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, make sense of your story, and find new ways to move forward with clarity and care.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and Louisiana with over 17 years of experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Tulane University in 2008 and have worked across inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, university counseling, grief and bereavement care, and trauma-focused programs. I am EMDR trained (finalizing certification) and integrate CBT, DBT, IFS-informed parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based therapies.
I specialize in complex PTSD, sexual trauma, religious and spiritual trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, anxiety, and shame-based relational patterns. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel lost, fragmented, or deeply self-critical on the inside.
Clients often describe me as warm, loving, affirming, and validating. I also bring a teacher’s heart into the room. I believe understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, and even women’s biological health helps reduce shame and restore clarity. I see therapy as sacred work. You are not a diagnosis to me; you are a whole person whose nervous system learned to survive.
I spent 30 years in the business world, and I understand the pressure, long hours, and constant demands you face. Over the past 3 years as a therapist, I’ve helped men work through anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship struggles at home and work. As a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist), I specialize in helping men address intimacy issues, trauma, and patterns like porn use or acting outside their relationships. My goal is simple: to help you regain balance, strengthen your relationships, and feel more in control of your life.
I have been an RN for 18 years. I have been a Nurse Practitioner for over 4 years. I went to Grand Canyon University for my FNP program and Wilkes University for my PMHNP program.
