

Hello, I'm Kelly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients virtually in Texas, Michigan, and Wisconsin. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston, Graduate School of Social Work, and an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Northwestern State University. With over 15 years of experience in various settings, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, providing both long-term and brief interventions.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Stacey specializes in guiding individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family strain and even moments of deep hopelessness. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her thrifting for hidden gems, traveling, cheering on her favorite sport teams or playing games—because joy and play are powerful parts of healing, too.

My personal philosophy of counseling would be to provide a positive, safe, and comfortable environment to establish a rapport for a healthy client-counselor relationship. This will help to empower the individual to be open to a path of healing, growth, resolution, and self-discovery.
The client will be working towards self-exploration to find answers and solutions to any obstacles in their life. I hope to help them explore, identify, and meet their challenges.

I’ve been providing individual, and group therapy services to ages 11 + for the last 5 years. I specialize in working with trauma, attachment disorders, AODA issues, ADHD, and chronic emotional dysregulation. I’m trained in a number of therapeutic approaches including DBT and practice from a relational-cultural framework.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals across education, wellness, and mental health settings. My professional background as an educator, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Yoga Therapist, and psychotherapist allows me to offer an integrative, whole-person approach to healing.
My work is grounded in evidence-basedmodalities, including cognitive and body-centered approaches. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, and trauma (including PTSD) by addressing both the psychological and physiological impacts of these experiences.
