I enjoy working with teens, individuals, and couples who wish to improve their relationship with themselves and others and do so using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment. I got my Masters in Clinical Counseling and my Bachelors in Psychology and opened my Private Practice in 2020
I'm a licensed therapist with 8 years of experience having worked in a variety of settings. I'm passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anxiety/panic, OCD, relationship challenges, and other stressors. My main modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness and other coping skills, and more.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, cope with health challenges, navigate depression, process past traumas, and adapt to life transitions. Additionally, I assist clients in addressing addictive behaviors that may hinder personal growth and affect relationships.
My work begins with a single focus: helping you feel better, as quickly as possible. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Instead, I tailor my approach on an individual, case-by-case basis, looking to best meet your goals and needs and, ultimately, empower you to remove the barriers to becoming your best self.
I treat adults 18+ with a wide variety of presenting concerns. I specialize in working with women and, as a mom myself, love working with parents who are struggling to find their identity in the overwhelm of parenthood. I feel that I excel in helping clients who are in transitions of various kinds and those who are navigating difficult relationships.
I am licensed clinical social worker in Washinton State with experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, work burnout, self esteem, confidence, depression, anxiety and coping with life transition.
Hello, I am accepting new clients. I work with teens, adults, and elders with a focus on chronic health conditions, illness, grief and loss. Reaching out for support takes real courage, and I want to honor that first step. People come to therapy for so many reasons—sometimes because they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone; other times because relationships feel hard, or anxiety and depression are getting in the way of daily life. Whatever has brought you here, you’ll be met with warmth, empathy, and genuine care.
