I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. I have extensive experience as a diagnostician/prescriber in internal medicine, family practice, women's health, endocrine conditions, including hormone management and gender affirming care. I am passionate about mental health care and have experience providing treatment for many conditions, including mood, attention, and thought disorders. I have some experience working with children and families, and extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults.

You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with boundaries, or carrying experiences that still impact how you move through the world. My work integrates approaches like bibliotherapy, CBT, and DBT to help you process what you’ve been through while building practical skills you can use in your daily life and relationships.
I've had the privilege of exploring three distinct careers—first as an opera singer, then in marketing—but it was discovering Social Work that truly aligned with my passion and purpose. After earning my Master’s in Social Work from NYU, I worked in psychiatric emergency rooms before launching my therapy practice in 2020. I specialize in blending Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients uncover internal blocks and move toward lives filled with meaning, vitality, and self-compassion.

I am authentic and honest in my work with others in therapy. I began my professional clinical journey in my 40's after a successful business career. I have chosen to continuously learn and grown clinically to serve those who I work with so we can work together to resolve any behavioral health issue they are facing. I work mostly with adults and tend to do a lot of couples work focusing on relationship building and restoration. My background is also heavy in substance use treatment.
