As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Walden University, I am deeply passionate about delivering patient-centered care and committed to advocating for individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. With over eight years of experience working with patients, families, and communities affected by mental illness, I have developed a profound understanding of the importance of compassionate and individualized care.
My professional journey began as a registered nurse, where I came to realize that mental illness is no respecter of person, age, color, or social status. This experience reinforced my belief that every individual facing mental health challenges deserves a patient-centered, personalized, and holistic approach to their care.
As a PMHNP, my goal is to serve as a source of strength and support through active listening, empathy, and compassion. I strive to provide an evidence-based approach tailored to each patient’s specific needs, ensuring that every individual feels heard, valued, and empowered on their path to wellness.

Is it not clocking for you? Are you crashing out? You’ve been carrying heavy stuff—anxiety, burnout, trauma—and pretending saying I’m fine, I’m fine, I’m fine. Ok well you’re not. You’re done faking okay and ready for real peace. Therapy gives you space to heal, regulate, and stop living in survival mode. It’s not about being broken—it’s about getting real support. You deserve to feel safe, grounded, and actually okay. Ready to stop carrying it all alone? Let’s VIBE!
Hello! I look forward to working together towards your short term and long term goals :)
A little about me: My alma mater is Elon University for undergrad and Marymount University for graduate school to obtain my LPC. I am certified in EMDR and specialize in treatment with CPTSD, eating disorders, bipolar/borderline personality disorder, and anxiety.
I hope to create a space filled with safety, trust, and transparency that you can turn to.
Many of the adults I work with are deeply thoughtful and self-aware. You may understand your story, your patterns, and even the roots of your pain; yet still feel disconnected, stuck, or unable to feel the relief you’re longing for. Knowing isn’t always the same as feeling, and that gap can be incredibly frustrating. My work centers on helping you reconnect with your inner world and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I support clients who carry the impact of childhood trauma, relational wounds, grief, and loss, as well as those who feel disconnected from their bodies or emotions.
Therapy with me is paced, relational, and grounded in somatic and trauma-informed care, allowing space for all parts of you to be seen and tended. I have extensive experience supporting adults who have survived childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault, and I specialize in grief counseling for those navigating the complexities of loss.
In the near future, I will also be offering equine-assisted psychotherapy in Central Florida. This experiential approach is so meaningful for those who struggle to access their emotions through words alone. If something in you feels ready to be met with care and curiosity, I would be honored to walk alongside you toward more ease and connection.
