I’ve spent over 22 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helping people just like you navigate life’s biggest challenges. I'm licensed in Texas, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.
My personal belief is therapy is a space for growth, discovery, and healing. It’s a brave step, and I’m here to guide you.
Maybe you're tired of feeling anxious or depressed. Maybe you're working through a difficult loss or a past trauma. Whatever brings you here, we'll work together to find a path that feels right for you.
You will set the pace and the agenda of our sessions. One week we may work on day to day obstacles. The next week, we may work on past issues and traumas. It's YOUR TIME!
I am a Somatic Psychotherapist who offers a grounded, supportive, and gentle space that welcomes all individuals to slowly explore their inner experience. It is truly an honor to do this work, and I hold deep respect for the therapeutic process. I am personable and nurturing, walking alongside clients through life’s inevitable shifts and transitions. I see myself as a beacon, here to help others remember, cultivate, and nurture their natural goodness or Buddha nature. I love working with individuals, couples, teens, and families, and value supporting people across the full spectrum of life’s journey.

Jess graduated from Boise State University with a Master’s in Social Work in 2021 and in addition to being a Licensed Certified Social Worker, she holds an Advanced Substance Use Disorder license from Utah Valley University. Jess worked in a residential substance abuse treatment center for several years as a counselor and case manager and has experience with inpatient and outpatient treatment for eating disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Most recently, Jess has helped clients with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to treat a variety of concerns while also providing comprehensive eating disorder services at a specialized clinic. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities with an emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jess uses her personal experience in recovery and compassion for others to create a safe, non-judgmental, and sometimes even fun place for therapy. She believes in addressing the core issues and instilling hope when people are struggling. In her free time, Jess enjoys going on adventures with her husband and daughter, hiking all over Utah with her pup, crocheting, and reading. She also volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association and leads Caretaker and Early Dementia support groups for the organization.
I’m Latoya Smith, a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
I’m not just a therapist—I’m a mom, a mentor, and a middle child from a big Miami family. I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, to feel unseen, and to keep pouring from an empty cup. That lived experience shapes how I connect, how I listen, and how I help.
Life can be complicated and having someone in your corner can ease fears and worries while allowing for growth and healing. My passion as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and difficult times.
I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they cannot break. My approach is supportive but direct, helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface while also focusing on real, practical change. Therapy with me is not passive. We will have honest conversations, and I will both support and challenge you as we work toward meaningful progress.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents, college students, and adults of all ages navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and life transitions. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation and follow-through. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on long-term growth. I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with skill-building and self-respect.
