My training is grounded in using evidence-based practices that center on balancing the many internal factors that impact our mental health- including ACT, DBT, and CBT, as well as the use of strengths-based interventions.

I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I received my EMDR training in 2020 and integrate this into my counseling as needed.
