I am a licensed therapist with experience working with adults, kids 5 years old and older, preteens, and teens. I graduated from the University of North Texas and was trained in Play Therapy as well as individual counseling for adults.
My name is Juliana Castillo, and I have been working with families, individuals, and adolescents for the past five years. I have worked with clients in different settings and always have the client in mind.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in areas like domestic violence, coping skills, and personal growth, and I offer services in both English and Spanish. My style is supportive, honest, and focused on helping you become your best self. I believe everyone has the ability to change, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process
I am a Christian therapist, I graduated with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am currently working towards a Masters in Human Services.
I work with men and women in exploring what life looks like at the many different stages we go through and how to be better spouses, partners, friends, etc.
I offer one on one counseling because my heart is placed with the individual in helping them navigate their world and their environment.
I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I meet each person exactly where they are. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as we explore challenges, build on strengths, and uncover solutions together.
As a veteran and counselor, I know what it means to face change, loss, and uncertainty—and I bring that understanding into my work. I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and compassion. Whether we’re talking, creating, or using play in the therapy room, my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I also want you to know that I’m real and relatable—I laugh, I listen deeply, and I genuinely care about your progress. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin; you just have to be willing to start.
