Hello and welcome—I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Shanna Gardner, LPC-S, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover a sense of peace, purpose, and emotional wellness.
I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly understood. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, navigating a tough life transition, or managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Hi, my name is Jenny Nagg and I look forward to partnering with you in your counseling journey. I received my Master's of Education degree in Counseling from University of North Texas in 2006 and became fully licensed as an LPC in 2009.
I have a down to earth and relatable (sometimes humorous!) approach and like to get right to the heart of the matter. I'm passionate and enthusiastic about counseling and my clients. Let's get started!
I’m a Dallas-based, full-time telehealth therapist in private practice, serving all of Texas.
The serious: I have spent about 9 years working with eating disorders, at every level of care. During 2 of those years, I also worked at a non-profit community center. I specialized mainly in working with first offenders, self-harm, family issues, gender identity, LGBTQ+/SOGI, and couples. I then spent a year in a Case Manager position, where I advocated with insurance companies to ensure that clients receiving eating disorder treatment in Texas were getting services authorized by their insurance plans.
The fun: I’m mom to 2 pretty bad-ass teenagers, a best friend to several gorgeous people, always ADHD, and an ever-learning partner. My friends, family, clients, and polycule are the most important things on the planet to me. Not directly related, but we love cats around these parts. Four things that always make me happy: good coffee, The Office, a good eyeshadow palette, and fresh hydrangeas
Hello, my name is Cathryn McHenry and I am a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist. Knowing what you want and knowing how to get it, are two very different things, and some obstacles can seem impossible to conquer on your own. That's when having a trail guide is most valuable. After establishing a core foundation of trust and respect, we can scope out that landscape together and create a plan. When life becomes difficult to navigate, I’m here to walk with you.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
Welcome! Are you are looking for a safe space, with someone who is down to earth, direct and compassionate? Are ready to feel like you have more direction, peace and increased knowledge of who you are? If so, you are in the right spot. My clinical practice is grounded in the belief that we are all the experts of our own lives and we have the inner wisdom needed to create the life we want. However, many of us experience trauma, and other obstacles that lead to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic self-doubt and a loss of purpose. If you find yourself wanting to achieve greater harmony in your life, to have a sense of peace, to move from a place of just surviving to thriving, then I am here to assist you.
Who am I and how can I help? My name is Shavon and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with both families and individuals dealing with a wide arrange of challenges such as: depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, life transitions, parenting issues, abuse, low self-esteem and lack of boundaries.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize skills and techniques from several modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, EMDR and somatic therapy. However, the goal is always to assist you in gaining the tools you need to navigate life's challenges and create the life you deserve. I understand that when most people seek the services of a therapist, something in their life is causing them great discomfort. Therefore, I work to provide not only a listening ear but also strategies and a concrete plan of action address your discomfort.
I know that it takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek assistance and I want to honor you for that. If you feel that I am the right therapist for you please reach out, I am ready and able to assist you on your healing journey.
