Hey there- I’m Rachel and I am a Clinical Social Worker. I would ask the “are you feeling (insert here) question like everyone else, but you’re scrolling looking for a therapist, so you’re probably not doing too hot. So you’re here, let’s do something about it. As a therapist, I believe in short-term evidence-based treatment. A large percentage of people do not need therapy forever and my hope is that as we work together to process memories or build skills you will reach a point where you feel confident handling whatever life is throwing at you on your own.
Trauma Treatment is scary and it’s certainly a hard sell. The reason I specialized in it and believe in it so strongly is because I know it works. As a Veteran, I have experienced how life-changing these treatments can be and want to share that with as many people as I can. I hope you will give me a shot at convincing you it’s worth it.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing and growth are possible. I am here to support your goals and help you achieve the best version of you! Thank you for visiting my page and I hope we can begin this therapeutic journey together.
