If you've been told your anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional shifts are "just stress" or "just aging" — and something in you knows it's more than that — you're in the right place. I'm Kristal, a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life's most challenging transitions. That career — rooted in crisis intervention, child welfare, and working alongside people experiencing homelessness — built in me a deep capacity to sit with complexity, pain, and change without flinching. That foundation now drives my specialized work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. I've walked this road myself — which means when you show up, you will be genuinely seen and heard, perhaps in a way you haven't been in a long time.

I have worked in mental health or related fields for most of my adult life, and I love being around individuals who don't fit into life's neat categories. I have a Master's Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. I am grateful for my formal education, but most of my knowledge comes from "in the trench" experiences with people who suffer from a wide range of illnesses, from issues with mood and anxiety to psychotic and trauma-related disorders.
Hi! I am Adriane Cox, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Cox Mental Health and Wellness. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, life transitions and chronic pain.
I’m Tina, and my path to becoming a therapist is both personal and professional. I’ve been married for many years and am a parent to two adult children, including a son on the autism spectrum. My own experiences—growing up with learning challenges and navigating systems as both a parent and individual—deeply shape how I show up in this work.
Clients often tell me I’m down-to-earth, real, and easy to talk to. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a space where you can feel understood without judgment.
Tired of pretending everything is, ok? All the while, you're in your own private battle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or grief. Life stress is inevitable. However, lack of support and distress tolerance skills can make managing life's stressors nearly impossible. It's exhausting keeping on that mask. How are you really though?
I have over10 years' experience as a therapist and 15 in social work field. I offer person centered and strength focused care to meet individuals and families in their unique places in life. I happily see patients from 5-100+. I have a special place in my heart and practice for teens, young adults, and parents raising little humans.
Hello! I welcome individuals of all ages. I support clients navigating family dynamics, co-parenting, school-related concerns, relationships, trauma, and military-related stressors, and really, I am here to walk alongside you through whatever challenges you may be facing.
With a background as a school counselor, I understand how life experiences impact emotional and behavioral well-being. My approach is gentle yet direct—I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also helping you move forward with clarity and intention.
I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach and tailor each session to your unique needs. For those who are interested, I’m also open to incorporating faith-based perspectives into our work.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or seeking support through a transition, I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
