Hi, I'm Christian, a Licensed Clinician Social Worker, eldest daughter, and proud first-gen Latina.
Jessica Dixon is a licensed clinical social worker both in South Carolina and North Carolina and has 6+ years of experience.
She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Winthrop University.
Jessica has a range of experience of working with people who have depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, spirituality, etc.
I work with high achieving, type A women. Together, you and I will create ways to stop being a people pleaser, have more time for yourself, find balance instead of burnout, feel joy, and create joy for yourself and those around you. Get rid of the guilt and the exhaustion from focusing on everyone but yourself. Learn what makes you happy! What makes you thrive! Learn holistic, self-care that makes you feel amazing.
Does your mind feel like it's constantly racing between responsibilities, expectations, and the voice telling you you're not doing enough? You deserve support that understands how your brain actually works—not just generic advice about self-care and balance.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent women, college students, and professional women navigating the unique intersection of anxiety, depression, and life transitions—whether that's academic pressure, career shifts, relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by daily demands. My approach is direct, warm, and focused on getting you tangible results.
We all have experiences in life that might leave us feeling broken or disconnected with ourselves, others, in relationships, and the world around us. I believe that healing and wholeness can belong to all of us. If you are looking for someone to support you on your journey toward wellness and restoration, allow me to accompany you on the road that can often feel isolating when taken alone. The therapeutic relationship is paramount to me!
