I specialize in women's issues including pregnancy loss, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, parenting children with substance or mental health issues, perimenopause, menopause, Veterans and military spouses. I have also experience in medical case management, navigating chronic health care issues, supporting the parents of children/adults with special needs and caregiving. I have been a social worker and a mother for more than 15 years and provide a safe and supportive space for healing without judgement.
